Our Implementation Approach 

Implementation is anchored in clear structures, defined responsibilities and regular cycles of evaluation. The Temple community is aligning their work to the plan’s priorities, while institutional leaders coordinate efforts across the university to ensure progress is both meaningful and sustained.

Implementation Leadership 

Implementation is guided by a cross-university leadership structure responsible for coordination, accountability and progress monitoring. Implementation leads from academic and administrative units partner closely with central leadership to ensure alignment, remove barriers, and support shared success. 
 

Tracking Progress and Sharing Updates 

Temple will report progress on an ongoing basis. Additional updates will be shared throughout the year to highlight milestones, initiatives and stories of impact across the university.
